Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Hotel Sales team to achieve revenue goals
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand Hotel Sales
• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Hotel Sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends
